Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is 100% free for all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value required.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days
  • Shipping time: 8–10 working days
  • Total delivery time: 9–12 working days

We work with Royal Mail and DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery. During public holidays or busy periods, delays may occur.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our tracking page at any time.

When will I receive my refund after returning a product?

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we process refunds within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What is your return policy?

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Learn more in our Return Policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the preferred size or variant.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If you have not received your order within 15 business days after shipment, please contact us at support@talvipets.com. We will investigate the issue with our carrier partners.
